I visited this place and stay there almost for 2-3 days. I am very disappointed with the staff and their attitude. They are very uncooperative, did not know how to handle the guests and Bookings. Their behavior is disgusting. They ruin my holidays. I was uncomfortable with their staff and I've told them in result during the night they scratches my car which was parked in a open plot with no security guard there.

Despite having a confirmed booking and paying 30% in advance, we were not given the room we booked. Upon arrival, we were told to stay at another guest house they own, which was clearly of a lower standard than what we had originally booked.
This was forced on us with no proper alternative or solution offered. The overall service was very disappointing and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place and will not be staying here again.

Amazing experience at Moon Light guesthouse. I am the customer of moon light guesthouse since last one and half year and I found it very well managed, Exceptional, luxurious, neat and clean and simply value to money.
I will recommend all my friends and family to try moon Light guesthouse. They will just love it.
This property is near to all markets and food streets and giga mall.
The staff inside is very friendly, helpful and cooperative.

I visited with my family a day ago. Room was spacious, neat and clean. Staff was cooperative. They shut down AC at 0800 am . It was difficult to stay over there without AC in hot weather. It was disturbing when we r paying full payment why they do so? However, after making complaints, they turned on AC. Rest of things were excellent. Especially Mr Azan deals very well.
